CEOLED is a global strategic partner of LG Display. Each screen includes a unique serial number that can be verified on LG’s website. Ceoled enjoys priority supply, technical support, and better pricing. Optional LG systems are available, with the standard package featuring a custom LG 9630 mainboard. This 9630 board enhances system stability, supports image recovery, and protects against burn-in. Although it costs more, generic boards often cause crashes or flickering, leading to more after-sales problems.

Frequently asked questions
We started in 2011 in Shenzhen, China. We focus on developing and delivering Transparent OLED display solutions.
100% of our displays are from LG. We are a strategic partner of LG, which gives us priority access to the latest panels, technical support, and better pricing.
The main reason for the price difference is the screen source and the level of after-sales support. CEOLED owns its own factory and in-house R&D team. The full production line, sales, and after-sales processes are all in place. Every step follows international production standards and strict quality control.
Some other suppliers work from small workshops. They lack reliable service and support.
CEOLED only uses original LG transparent screens. Each screen is tested and protected by design patents. Some lower-priced products use BOE screens instead. BOE entered the market later, and its technology is not as mature as LG’s. This often leads to more after-sales problems and less stability.

Yes. Every model comes with at least one year of warranty. We have our own factory, so you don’t have to worry about service.
No worries. We insure every shipment. If any damage happens, we cover the full cost. You only need to provide clear proof of the damage—we’ll handle the rest and arrange a replacement screen.
Yes, we offer custom services for transparent OLED displays — mainly for commercial use. While the screen sizes are fixed (30″, 48″, 55″, and 77″), we can customize the outer design, housing, system integration, and installation method based on your needs.
